If you’ve ever been to Wroclaw, I know you will have noticed them. Those lovely little dwarfs are all over the city. This one on the bike you find close to the city center, but there are hundreds of them in Wroclaw, and week by week they’re getting more and more.
The idea behind those dwarfs lies in the Orange Alternative Movement in the 1980s, when people dressed up like dwarfs as a way of opposition to the communist regime.
