While we couchsurfed along Lago di Garda we wanted to see the peninsula at Sirmione. On the map it looked much closer to the flat we stayed in than it really was. It took us more than two hours to reach the entrance to the historical center. But I won’t complain, the way there was really nice and houses like this made us think that we might have to consider moving to Italy in one point of our life.
On our Italy Trip last year we had an amazing host who offered us not only his couch but also was spending the days with us and drove us around the area. Unfortunately, I don’t remember where exactly we came around and I don’t remember that small place where we’ve stopped and made this photo. All I remember, that after that stop I had to walk barefoot cause my shoes broke down. More information on the photo!
Lake Garda (Lago di Garda) is definitely the most beautiful lake I’ve seen so far. Not only is the water crystal clear, but the surrounding mountains are making this place so awesome. While the sun was shining all day the weather was a bit misty. Maybe next time, we’ll come back for sure, I will get a better opportunity. More information on the photo!
