Getting up at five in the morning when you’re travelling is hard, but has its advantages. Often you find locations where you only can get a good sunrise instead of a sunset. And, usually, you find a pretty quite environment. This photo I could take when we took a train early in the morning from Desenzano del Garda to Verona. We had to wait an hour for the train, so we tried to make the best of it.
A photo from the beginning of my HDR adventure. As you can guess, I ran a little bit out of time over the holidays, so I have to go a bit through my archive and show photos from the time when I was making my first little HDR steps. It’s nice to look back on them and see how much I learned in the last months. Wonder what new stuff I’ll learn in 2013.
A photo my girlfriend did and I think it’s great. I like how the fence is in line with the horizon and the soft colors of the sunset. It’s taken on the southern end of the Greenwich Promenade in Tegel, Berlin. A place which is only two minutes away from our home.
It’s been one of the last days of summer in Tegel, one of the last days to catch the green leaves on the trees. But now autumn started (or better: is about to finish) and soon the lake will be frozen and covered by snow. No matter what time of the year it is. Tegel, that place is always beautiful.
On our Italy Trip last year we had an amazing host who offered us not only his couch but also was spending the days with us and drove us around the area. Unfortunately, I don’t remember where exactly we came around and I don’t remember that small place where we’ve stopped and made this photo. All I remember, that after that stop I had to walk barefoot cause my shoes broke down. More information on the photo!
