So far that has been the most interesting modern Library building I’ve seen. I was passing it every morning for two weeks on the way to my language course and I was always wondering what the 3 little “turbines” on each side are for. One day I went in to check it out, and can you believe it? They are three “single reading rooms”, where you can take your books, close the door behind you and have calm space to read. How cool was that idea of the architect?
